JHL Irrigation & Sprinklers is the irrigation division of the JHL family of outdoor-living companies, focused entirely on lawn sprinkler and irrigation systems across Chester County and Delaware County, Pennsylvania.
We design every system to the property — its sun and shade, slope, soil, and the distinct needs of turf, beds, and trees — and build on proven Rain Bird and Hunter equipment. From new installations to seasonal startups and winterization, our local teams in West Chester and Newtown Square handle the whole lifecycle of your system.
Every installation includes code-compliant backflow prevention, the required permits, and PA 811 utility locating before excavation. We're licensed and insured, and we stand behind our work.

Drew Reish
General Manager
Drew runs day-to-day operations for JHL Irrigation, making sure every install and service call — from spring start-ups to full system designs — is scheduled, staffed, and finished to spec.
Seth Delp
Project Manager
Seth manages irrigation installations from design through final walkthrough — coordinating crews, township permits, and PA 811 locating so each system goes in clean and is tuned for even, efficient coverage.
