Custom Design on Every Job
We survey every property before writing a zone plan. Soil type, water pressure, plant water needs, sun exposure, and coverage geometry all factor into the design. No cookie-cutter layouts.
Head-to-Head Coverage
We space heads to achieve head-to-head overlap — the gold standard for uniform distribution. Gaps, dry spots, and runoff are design failures we build to avoid.
Premium Equipment Only
We install Rain Bird and Hunter components throughout — rotors, spray heads, valves, and controllers. No off-brand or generic substitutes.
Permit Management
We pull all required permits and handle backflow preventer certification as required by Chester County and Delaware County municipalities. You don't navigate township offices. We do.
PA 811 Utility Locating
Before any excavation begins, we complete PA 811 utility locating to mark underground lines. No exceptions.
Service Warranty
All installation work is backed by our service warranty. If something isn't right after the job is done, we come back and make it right.

Our Process
Free On-Site Estimate
We visit your property, walk the site, measure, assess water pressure, and review HOA or permit requirements. Written estimate within 24–48 hours.
Design + Permitting
Zone plan finalized. Permits pulled with your municipality. PA 811 utility locates completed. Installation scheduled.
Installation
Equipment installed to Rain Bird and Hunter specifications. All pipe at proper depth. Backflow preventer installed and certified. Site cleaned and lawn restored.
System Walkthrough
We walk the completed system with you zone by zone. Controller programmed. Every head adjusted. Any questions answered before we leave.
